Technology has variety of scope hence focuses more to teaching and learning process. Using technology as supplementary teaching device in the instruction is a property in most schools today. when teacher started to use computers in the classroom, school evaluate whether the use of educational technology had a significant and consistent impact on the part of the students. one of the greatest achievement, part of people daily life, the most popular part of mass media, to be well informed, to learn foreign languages, current events, TV bridges, a reflection of the modern world, to escape from every day problems, soaps, serials, cultural program, chat shows, and sport program.

They built new railroad which a lot of benefit to the people back there. it make easier to trade, goods, raw materials make easier people move to place to place and industry. The railways became very important to the people during Victorian period. A great engineering feat in the Victorians period was the sewage system in London. During the Victorian period science grew into the discipline it is today. The Victorian period make golden age of British circus. These make Industrial Revolution first happened in Great Britain.
